Stainless Steel Dutch Wire Mesh

Stainless steel dutch wire mesh is also known as stainless steel Dutch woven wire cloth and stainless steel filter cloth. It is usually made of mild steel wire, brass wire, stainless steel wire or polyester fiber. Stainless steel dutch woven wire cloth offers good wear-resistance, heat-resistance, acid-resistance and corrosion resistance.

Materials: 
Wire materials for stainless steel dutch wire meshes are mild steel wire, brass wire, nickel wire, stainless steel wire, polyester fiber.

Dutch plain
Dutch twill
Dutch reverse

Plain Dutch Weave: woven as a plain weave, but with the warp wires of greater diameter than the weft wires. The weft wires are very close together so that a so-called zero-mesh structure is formed; while the warp wires are thicker.

Dutch Twill Weave: each weft wire passes alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passes alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.

Reverse Dutch Weave : the same weave as Dutch except the warp & weft wires are reversed, i. E the warp wires have a smaller diameter than the weft wires. The larger weft wires are woven closer together than would usually be seen in a Dutch weave. 
 
Characteristics:

Stainless steel dutch woven wire cloth offers good wear-resistance, acid-resistance, heat-resistance and corrosion resistance. It also has fine filtration and highly durable construction.

Very high flow rates, owing to a great porosity. This cloth is comparable to plain dutch weave but is suitable for very high mechanical strains due to the more equal material section in both directions of the Wires.
